OPS 1 – Andersons 2

I want to examine my OPS 1 journey through Rolfe’s Principal.

What? : As MBA students we are given a project where we should act as a retail company that we should develop our own range and negotiate with a supplier, Love Designs. My title was sourcing merchandiser.

So What? : With my group we spend more than 6 hours a week to develop a negotiation strategy which will develops a strategic partnership. Since I was responsible with the number sometimes I questioned my mathematical skills. It was challenging for me to understand how to calculate retailer margin correctly.

Now what? : However, my group members supported me really well and we solve problems with brainstorming.
